Immobiliser memory

I'm going to disconnect the battery on my 406 tonight to (hopefully) sort a few strange electrical problems I've been having, hoping an ECU reset will help it. If I disconnect the battery will it reset the immobiliser code or does it have a memory of some kind?

Immob code will be fine - done this many times due to good ole french electrics 8)
