Outside air sensor

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Outside air sensor

Post by edplays »

Can anyone out there help please. I have a 2.0 Hdi 110 Estate. The problem I have is that the outside air temperature reads really high or not at all. I believe this is stopping the A/C from working. Can anyone tell me the location of the sensor and if this is indeed the fault and is it easy to change?
Tahnks!

the ambient temperature sensor wont affect the running of the a/c, it will confuse the hell out of the climate control, if you have it, its found in the passanger side wing mirror, have a look underneath it, there will be a nipple poking out, thats the sensor
