Yes, same here :(
I figured removing the module & using contact adhesive, then clamping the edges 'til it goes off, but I've yet to decide if I'm that bothered! Probably will end up doing it though

I feel your pain. I went to Dutton foreshaw in Newport South Wales and was quoted £75 for a new panel. The reason I'm holding off is the thought of how long will it last once installed....

Mine has raised on one side and the visible area is about 1inch long. The frustrating thing is that this is barely enough room to work with and to get a decent spread of glue into but I don't want to make it worse in order to facilitate a bodge reglueing job. On top of this is the fact that the cover itself is very stiff so its hard to make it stay down to begin with and the metal frame it is stuck to is a very smooth cast metal (similar to the sort of metal inside computer cases, or the stereo removal keys) so glue doesn't really stick to it in the first place.

Where does one get a copy of LASER? Service Box works well enough but is a bit clunky and isn't as comprehensive as it perhaps should be.

I'd like an ink stamp that spells a funny word so when the thing deploys it'll be printed on the passengers head.
