Heater Plug Preheat Relay 19td s reg

Car wont start suspected heater plugs so changed them only to find still wont start. Now suspect the heater plug relay?. Where the hell does it hide ? Also blower fan dont blow or even make a noise before I go pulling this out is there a fuse hiding in the car for this as well ? Cant seem to find any info on it
Scrapped my good old 405 and bought this to replace it and had nowt but poblems . Did the french do this to get back at us for something ?

It also sounds like you need to buy a multimeter. If this all looks ok you might need to look at the immobilizer pick-up by the ignition key.

I'm not sure where the heater fuse is but without doubt there is one.

I was chuckling for ages as well opps sorry it was shivering lol
I though i had given up playing hide and seek when my daughter grew up . why hide the fuses lol
on a parting shot I work with French guys in here and when i said I had bought a 406 they said WHY?????? lol
They dont even buy them lol

On a side note (but still related) have you sen the new Citroen C5 advert on TV?.......The catch phrase they're using is "the most German car we've ever made" :shock: I wonder if they're right?

@mark1316: Fuel cut solenoid on the fuel pump?
