Local motor factor wheel bearings are shite

Post by ed209 »

Yes they are!!!

The factor in question; Mill Autos. Not sure what brand they stock, but boy are they total crap. This is the second time I have fallen victim to these now!

This is how it happens; trusty old d8 starts top get a rumble in the bearings, car goes to local garage to have the work done, they use Mill Auto bearings, less than a thousand miles later the wheel's trying to become independant of the car!!

And its happened twice, to me,
and to other local cabbies who run the 406.

Moral of the story, forget Mill Auto bearings, bushes, link arms for your 406, cos chances are you'll be back in the garage before you know it!

Happy bank holiday!
I call her Starbug 1, because she's green with intergalactic milage!! I do love my D8 diesel.
