Tyre pressures

Post by Eric »

I went to put some air in the tyres yesterday because they looked a little low and they were at 37 on the front and closer to 40 on the back already!

What pressure are they supposed to be at, I know it's a heavy car but I've always had 32-34 in all my cars previously.

2.3 bar, or 34psi front and back.

Your fuel economy will drop now

i remember reading a thread about tyre pressures on here.....think it was before the hack

i seem to recall something like it was ok to run the 406 at 40 psi without too much a risk and it helps your fuel economy quite a bit

but i might be wrong on this
