hello all does anyone know where i can download a wiring diagram for a my 406 i am looking at installing electric mirrors and rear windows but need the diagrams to work off any help would be gratefully appreciated thank you

The Haynes manual has the diagrams you need. It'll be a lot of work though

Have you got a D8 or D9? D9 (mk2) may be a no-no because the wiring is multiplexed.

Assuming a D8 get a Haynes but as mjb says it is a bastard of a job. I did it on my LX a couple of years ago. None of the wiring is in place, you'll have to make it all up.
If you want to go the whole hog and have the driver controls for the rears be warned that you can't unplug the front door loom, it runs through a fixed grommet to the inside. You will have to drill out a couple of the unused holes and fiddle the wires through, getting the wires through the rubber gaiter is interesting too!

Really worthwhile job though, and very satisfying!

ah sounds like im gonna have fun then lol i have a d9 so i guess i am in for a right headache of a job why cant they make all wiring standard would be so much easier lol
