Squeaky brakes when on full lock

I had new disc and pads fitted about a thousand miles ago and now i get an intermittent squeaking when turning full lock, left or right, it happens both sides

anyone know why this is happening and how to stop it?

Not sure but there's always the possibility something's loose...
