Mirror replacement

OK so I've searched and found loads of posts saying how to remove the glass from wing mirrors, but how the heck do you get the clip back on again?

Perseverance..........and a tiny screwdriver to push it back in place

I don't remember it being that much of a 'mare, hook one side in, stretch the spring around the guides and hook in the other end.
