OK so I've searched and found loads of posts saying how to remove the glass from wing mirrors, but how the heck do you get the clip back on again? :oops:

Perseverance..........and a tiny screwdriver to push it back in place

I don't remember it being that much of a 'mare, hook one side in, stretch the spring around the guides and hook in the other end.
