my rear silencer has broke at the joint on my 2.1 diesel 1998 so i need a new one[still very quite] are they all the same?
theres lot of diffrent part numbers but they all look the same
the hangers on mine are held on with a strap that i can remove and transfer to my new box so the hangers arnt a proplem
i suppose the only other thing i need to check is the diameter of the pipe from the manifold end
......or am i missing something??

The tailpipe seems to point down on the diesels and straigh forward on the petrol versions. Also, I think the 2.1 may be a slightly different bore as it seemed quite large when I replaced mine. About £40 or thereabouts from GSF for the backbox.
