2 x D9 2000 key holder / keyfob

i have 2 keys from a car i broke, the actual blades arent included as they will go with the doors

i have a key holder with no buttons

and a keyfob with the small rubber part missing, large button still works, small button does work and with a new case or rubber button would be great
