Remote control unit

Hi chaps during this cold weather I am experiencing a strange thing .When it is very cold I press my remote fob the car will unlock and lock itself instantly .Does anyone know where the control unit is situated I want to give it a spray of wd 40 to see if it is getting moisture on it and freezing thank you .....Rob

I'd guess one of your locks might be frozen up?

Thanks MJB the front door cards are coming off this afternoon going to wd40 everything :)

Try squirting it through the lock holes, then activate the central locking a few times first - might save a load of work :cheesy: Don't forget the boot!

Thanks that was a good tip MJB warmed up the door locks with the hair dryer squrited wd hey presto touch wood no glitches yet :D
