A while ago some 'sprog' aged about 4 who must've been saving up to get an ASBO threw a stone at the car.
It landed on the front screen and caused a little crack which subsequently travelled a couple of feet in the recent cold snap!
Anyway I finally got around to booking it in and it was done this morning.
The windscreen guy was kind enough to let me watch him do the job and grab a few pixs.
For an expert he made it look very simple indeed!

OLD SCREEN with the side trims removed ready for slicing out with a stanley type tool which cuts through the 'glue' holding the old screen in after removal of wipers etc.

New one ready to go in.

Screen cut out ready for cleaning up the window frame.

New one fitted waiting for the new 'glue' to go off.
All in all it was done in an hour or so and an extra hour for the 'glue' to set.
