Replace the whole lot. If your clutch had just started slipping, I'd say you'd last 2 weeks fine unless you're a taxi driver. Unfortunately it's not the friction plate but the bearing in your case and that's something that can go at any time without getting worse first (you've been given a noisy warning, which is more than I got!), and if it goes you'll be in a bad situation. Your call.
