Yorkshire is abit far I'm sceptical as to weather it would get there or not lol...

Replace the whole lot. Seriously - it's past its life expectancy, and you don't want to be paying labour twice, which'll be more than the clutch itself.

If your clutch had just started slipping, I'd say you'd last 2 weeks fine unless you're a taxi driver. Unfortunately it's not the friction plate but the bearing in your case and that's something that can go at any time without getting worse first (you've been given a noisy warning, which is more than I got!), and if it goes you'll be in a bad situation. Your call.
