If memory serves you won't need to touch the bumper; if you drop the rad out there should be enough room to fiddle it out. At least that's how it worked out when I changed one of the cooling fans!

Nevertheless, I'm going to attack this tubby this evening... Got a new PAS pipe and pump for my coupe, but dad's tubby's hogging the garage, so I need to hurry up and get the damn thing out so I can work on my baby
New intercooler, hoses and valves, so hopefully it should soon have a bit of boost to it!
(when I say "new", I mean "2nd hand". Not made of money... )
