Hold on, the rest of the lights work so you think it's a fuse? Did you look at the bulbs? If they're ok I think you need to check the wiring 'cos it would be mad to have a separate feed and fuse for the high level light.

the brake lights are a different elements to the tail lights
replace the correct bulb as a starting point

the pedal sensor would effect all brake lights.
