Re: Mileage Correction
is the 260 the two lots of miles added together?
Re: Mileage Correction
Unfortunately not!! I have 2 choices to try and fix the clocks that are not working or correct the ones that have mega miles!!

Re: Mileage Correction
The clocks with the 260K are out of the car as i am not using it atm due to this problem so any help would be much appreciated.... Cheers!

Re: Mileage Correction
As far as I'm aware, there's no way of correcting the mileage, at least for a DIYer. A dealer might be able to do it though, although they may only be able to do it with a brand new cluster
That only occurs on D9somega wrote:is the 260 the two lots of miles added together?
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

Re: Mileage Correction
There used to be mileage correction companies about (look in the Autotrader adds, in the paper version) only this time you'd actually have a kinda genuine reason to change the mileage unlike some of their 'customers'
I think it costs about £60.00 to 80.00 ?
