Horn location

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

On the D9 later model it's sort of under the drivers side fog light area - accessible through a removable panel between the bottom of the wheel arch liner and the front lip of the bumper. It's probably the same for the D8.

Don't suppose anyone's got a spare indicator stalk with full fog light switches? The horn plunger on mine never worked, I was just so happy to be installing the lights I shoved it on there anyway...

You can strip them down and clean up the contacts Tom, I have done in the past. Failing that, pull out the guts from your non fog stalk & do a transplant!

How would a fellow go about that? The plunger's actually jammed in place, you see. I can't see how I'd take it apart without breaking it ^^
