HI GUYS DO ANY OF YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN START LOOKING TO WORK OUT WHY MY OIL TEMP GAUGE ISNT WORKING.I HAVE THE RAPIER 406 HDI 90 BHP 2002,IS THERE A SENDER UNIT OR SWITCH I CAN LOOK FOR AND CHECK OR ANY WIRING AROUND THE ENGINE I CAN CHECK,DO ANY OF YOU KNOW WHERE THESE THINGS ARE LOCATED,ONCE AGAIN ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. :(

Mine doesnt work either and ive not found the answer.

From the limited info I have the temp sendor is built into the oil level sensor which is on the back of the engine.
His: 1990 Volkswagen Golf II 1.8 GTi 8v.
Hers: 2000 "W" 406 Estate GLX HDi 90 (Bosch) @ 150k
