Re: rear windows
Hi mate,
Might be the runners for the glass you be best to pop the door card off and have alook whats making it tight,
but id try spraying some silicone spray ~ down the window seals 1st or washing up liquid ive done this in the past on some cars and its helped.
it sometimes happens if the window hasnt been used much,
hope this helps if any,

take the seal off the door carefully if it does not come of easy try warming it with a Hair dryer so the glue softens abit,
once thats off look at the runners and see if anything is out of place,
silicone spray is a Lubricant other things such as them dash board shine sprays in a can as it in too so that can be used,
or use some Fairy liquid or any other washing up liquid dont use anything with oil in tho as it will be a pain to get off the glass,

Re: rear windows
The rears seem to become lazy without much use, i did the silicone trick and just started to use them everyday at least once a day and they became quicker and easier with time.
