hi,
I will need to take battery off the car soon, but I'm worried because I don't have the radio code si eventually after relacing the battery I won't be able to listen to the radio
Is there anything I could do to obtain the code?
How much does peugeot charge for resetting that for you?
thx

If it's a D8 I think they charge about £25 to get the code.
If it's a D9 you don't need a code.

yup as Dai said, the D9 radios are coded by VIN no, so there is no code to put in, take the radio out, sometimes ive found people to write the code on the radio, if not you will have to go to the dealer to get the code

Also check in the handbook ( if it came with one ) as some nice chappie had scribbled the code down for mine on the inside of the cover - could be worth a look

If you're not lucky enough to have the code on the radio.
Take the radio out, get the details then try here :-

It's been quite successful in the past.

should I PM you the VIN, if you would attempt to do it?
I am quite positive it's original radio.
