I`m still on the original battery,6 & a bit yrs old,115k miles :) Got a brand new battery on the 2.1 td outside,tempted to swap them over.

I was looking at the Volvo's fronts yesterday and I reckon if I see 8000 miles out of them it would be a miracle :shock: it's already feeling a bit wayward sometimes at 4.5mm tread :o

You'll have to loose the moon-boots, Welly. :lol:

Must be power rather than torque that mangles 'em - my fronts don't seem to wear too badly though it was a handful with the old Continentals. Eventually changed them a little before they were legally dead.
