i decided to head out for a sunday drive to clear the head, now before you get all righteous, let me say i breathalyzed myself first (a common procedure here

(well under an amber light and more like a pale green/yellow)
I thought i would take few snaps on route as i was heading out to meet the wife and child out on a sunday bike ride and to grab a spot of lunch down by a local river.
and not a speed camera for a good 80km

20km of this, and only 2 other cars passed

and finally a pic of my lad and his Daddies battle bus

it had the desired effect and i felt almost human by the time i got back after a spot of picnic lunch and a few gallons of water,
Do I miss English roads?
only the tarmac,
otherwise guys you can keep em, the speed cameras, the congestion, the officer of the law lurking at every turn and more traffic lights than you can shake a stick at, these are things you wont see out here and im bloody grateful tbh.
it was a pleasure to cover the 120 km or so i did today with the sun shining and the tunes turned up, windows down and just me onboard, it reignited my love of the 406.
She was a pleasure to drive today and with the music up high enough I almost couldnt hear the bangs and creaks from the rapidly deteriorating suspension
