I'm starting to think Mercedes C180K 2-door coupe but the price is putting me off (too cheap).

Is the C Coupe the one where they couldn't be bothered changing the bodywork for the new rear lights, so they just put a cheap plastic cap on, 70s era BMC style?

Im going to give the gold star to Waue1978 even tho he dismissed it, normally they do have 2 spoke steering wheels but ones with flappy paddles have 3.

So here she is in all her glory. 800cc turbo nutter Smart Fourtwo Passion
Image

Tell you what tho it dont half shift, i took it for a spin and when i was pootling around 30mph i smashed my foot to the floor and the auto box slammed down into 2nd, it didnt take long to hit 70 :cheesy: That was in full auto mode but i found when its in flappy paddle mode the changes between gears were a lot smoother.
I sort of like it in a weird way, when your in it it feels really quite spacious with its big dashboard and large windscreen which slopes quite away from you its only when you look in the rear view mirror then you realize its tiny, the back window isint far off the headrest and of course you get out and look at it
Also the spec is amazing nothing else in its price range comes close, you know stuff like C1, 107, Aygo, Twingo, and it has a quality feel which you wont get with the French tat.

Ok stop laughing

So who's disappointed?

I drove one for a spell, one of the old left hookers. Right piece of sh1t.
Peculiar tiptronic semi automatic gearbox that's very laggy, I hated it.

I didn't see that one coming.

I wonder though, I don't think I'd like to buy a 6/7 year old one of those. I think it's one of those cars that folk like to buy new or nearly new....don't know what happens to them after that :|
