Hi there, had the battery warning light pop up on the dash for a day or so now, checked all the belts and they are running smoothly. The light did flicker off for a minute or so, but has now come back with vengeance!
After discussing it with a friend, after prodding around in that area we can only conclude the alternator has packed in? Any advice/experience with this?
Im looking to get a second hand replacement/ recommended place to purchase at a good price?

Have you check the charging voltage to the battery? Could be something daft like a broken signal wire making the dash light "think" the charge rate is duff.
