Does the EW12 ECU actually do cruise control?
If it does, then you may get away with "just" a new COM2000 with stalk, and CC enabling in your BSI using a PP2000 (dealer tool)

The COM2000 has the prevision for the stalk, you'll still need the stalk of course.
If I'm reading it right (if that's possible now they've f*cked up Service Box
) it was available on the 2.2
