blower not working

im having problems in trying to get the blower working, its ad9 2003 estate, ive removed the blower from the glove box, with the wiring plug removed ive tested the black and red wire and theres no power thats with the enging running and the dash control set to max, the blower symbols are working ok, ive also checked the fuses they seem fine, the other two wires that run along with the blower wires that got to the green plastic box have a live feed,ive given the wires a good old wiggle,even had a wiggle on the ignition barrel,any advice will be a blessing

My blower has stopped working tonight, all the fan lights work just the blower does not...

any pointers would be a great help

ive got my blower to work now the red and black wire that go to the motor, i bridged the wires with a stanley knife blade, and its working fine now, i thing the problem stemed from leaving the ignition on when pumping up an air bed using the cigarette lighter and the ignition was left on and it went into economy mode, ithink ive tricked some kind of relay to start working
