What does this button do

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

What does this button do

Post by FarmerPug »

On the centre console of my car there is a blank button, one of the things i hate to see most in a car is a blank button, but anyhow what does this button do in cars that have it, and could i get a button to fit in here to act as a switch for something else in the car, i intend to get another one of them alarm cancel buttons off ebay and use it to act as the right button for the MFD when i put the SE kit into the car so that when its pressed it will bring the calendar back up, anyhow here is the blank button im on about:

It looks like a blank, not a button

i agree with Dogslife that that button on HDIs be it executive or not is just a blank as its meant for petrol or LPG cars only.unless if you want to modify the button into something usefull.

I have a button there in my car. It has the following symbol on it: !

It adds about 50bhp to the standard 138bhp and I only turn it on in extreme situations. Very extreme situations indeed
