The 30's is a strange one in a way and I seem to have spent all of my 30's working, paying bills and being Dad.
Apparently the 40's is much better and a kinda pay-back time for all the hard work
Can you still order strip-o-grams? I quite fancy that and I'm on my own at work. One with a big arse and floppy tits should do

Happy Birthday sonny!
Hit the gym serious style (10hrs a week min), lots of protein and supplements, and get yourself cranked up to 237lbs like me. I'm steadily fighting the physical ageing process as part of a mid-life-crisis-denial type thing.

When I hit 30 last year, I found drinking in excess of 20 pints during an all-nighter session in my local metal club helped ease me in. Forgot about it during the sesh then spent the next couple of days more concerned about the hangover than my age
