Door mirror glass

Hi, I expect everyone else already knows this, but, how do I fit a new glass to my passenger side ( British ) door mirror. I have a genuine S/H glass with the backing and circular clip. Is there a special way to do this?

use the mirror controls (electric or manual depending on your car) to put the mirror in the extreme top right position you should be able to see the exhisting clip, pull/push at it with a screwdriver and then once it comes out the mirror glass should be easy enough to get out

Failing that, go to the scrappy & break a few of their's until you get the hang of it.
