

When I moved into my gaff here I painted absolutely everything white just to make it clean. I did start repainting everything blue and grey, until I discovered these are the worst colours for setting of my migraines

My flat I lived in in the 90s had loads of water stains on the ceiling from a leaky flat roof, I got a tin of spray from a DIY store which covered it up no worries, painted over it & it stayed like that for the next couple of years.
