My God! 5.5 months? That's... 22 weeks? Which is only 4 weeks off us which means nowhere near ready to be born! I think I can appreciate what you guys are going through!

Is it not "just" some dodgy hormone mis-fire which can be straightened out with drugs?

Good luck dude!
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

I think it's related to her endometriosis. Emma's been through the wars over the last few years with it, culminating in her latest op last year when they found one of her ovaries stuck to her abdomen with adhesions :(
She seems fine today so I can get out and do some work, haven't been to any calls since last Friday so it's getting a little desparate! Thank God for remote access!
Thanks Matt, and everyone else for you kind words :)

Can sympathize with you and the Mrs there - Mrs Highlander had a C-section when she gave birth to her son (he's now 16), and has had problems ever since - it was only 2 years ago that the doctors discovered her womb was stuck to her abdominal wall following adhesions. She had an operation that was supposed to have lasted a couple of hours, but due to the extent of the adhesions they found, she was in for more than 5 hours, with the chief surgical consultant being called in from home to complete the more delicate parts of the operation...

In regard to your situation, babies have survived and lived to be very healthy despite such prematurity - post-natal care for premature babies has improved significantly over the years. Hopefully he/she will decide it's safer "in there" and will stay for the remaining time... Kids these days - so impatient! :)

Hope and wish everything would be alright in the time to come. Having two kids and experienced one unfortunate encounter, I know how stressful this period could be, specially Mrs. They need lots of TLC (tender, love & care) these days and keeping her mentally stable is more important. She should rest as much as possible. Further, agree with highlander on post-natal care, knowing survival stories around here with relatively less facilities comparatively.

well wish her all the best from me and let her know of her lucky escape :supafrisk: ,

it might just help put a little smile on her face for a brief moment.

seriously though Teamy, i think i can safely say we are all routing for the three of you, if any of that mumbo jumbo about positive thoughts and good energy aura crap is true then i reckon the 406 gang have your back mate.
