I have a w reg Sri estate and I want to get a bit more from it performance wise.
It's currently in standard form apart from the removal of the resonator on the air box.
What can I use off other pug models to gain some 'go'? Can I change injectors, throttle body, inlet etc?
What bits can I use to get more performance?

I think he has the 2.2 engine as its a W reg and a d9. Id be interested to see what can be done to these, turbocharging one of these would be a good way to big power. DP Engineering list a turbo kit for about 2500 euros, but on top of that you would need to budget for pistons, rods, gaskets, new management, exhaust system, cooling etc etc, big money reallylinukas wrote:bigger turbo,

Going NA you could get the head ported, some decent cams, a good manifold and system, go throttle bodies and stand alone engine management.......Im getting carried away again

really to see any worthwhile gains its going to cost loads

Cheapest option to any meaningful power would be to drop in a V6 really.

bigger turbo - doesnt have a turbo as its a petrol
injectors - to which ones, and would it need any other mods to accept them?
