Re: boost gauge???
No, but if you find out stick a pic up as I've got a boost guage in mine (also 2.1TD) and just need to plumb it in, I just haven't been able to figure out where yet though.

Re: boost gauge???
On the fuel pump you will have a boost compensator. You will have a 8mm fuel hose going from the intercooler pipework to the fuel pump. Stick a T-Piece in here and take boost off there. Thats what I've done on my 406.

Ignore the tube across the dash, thats behind now
I'l try get a picture later

Makes no difference. You have a big pipe that comes down the middle of the engine, then you have a 90degree bend going down. Right on the 90 degree bend theres a pipe comming of it that goes to the fuel pump!snakie wrote:Bailes thanks for the reply, looked at my pump couldnt see any 8mm piping.. is yours a 1.9td maybe 2.1's are different

Re: boost gauge???
Well, you could always fit an intercooler too....
Have a look on the 306 forum, I'm willing to bet there's a few HDi 90's on there wiv a boost gauge.

You have to drill and tap the inlet manifold and fit the silver thing on here...CountryPug wrote:Anyone know about fitting a boost gauge to the HDi 90? As I don't have an intercooler am I snookered here?

If you go with what I've done and fit it to the vent, make sure you keep the flap behind the vent. Theres nothign worse than a face full of air at 70mph that you can't switch offCountryPug wrote:Cheers guys, fancy fitting one to make the interior a bit more interesting

on my 90 degree bend have got a plug coming out of it an going to the loom no 8mm pipes.
had a look around the pump aswell see no pipes going to a intercooler pipe
Anyone else done this mod.
