3.0 v6 saloon R reg
Reluctant release of this rapid 406 3000cc that i have owned for majority of its life. The last 3 years it has been used for track use only. A definate wolf in sheeps clothing, as many people comment at track days.
This car is not used on the road at present, but only requires an mot and a cat converter to be able to be used on the road.
weight reduced by 1/3 to approximatley 1,050 kgs. Rust free shell. Modifications; Pug performance air filters, fuel rail pressure valve, bilstien uprated shocks, sheffield springs bespoke coil springs. Lowered by 60mm and stiffined to touring car spec, handling is superb. Front discs EBC drilled, grooved and vented. Front pads (new) red EBC, rear pads (new) black EBC, castrol response dot 4 brake fluid 6 months old. Bespoke exhaust system with repackable centre box, makes a great noise with 92 dba, extra baffle if required. Cat convertor required to get an mot. Battery moved to rear boot space. Tyres Khumo track tyres which can be used on the road with the legal tread depth. 5 spare wheels with 3 part used and 2 brand new tyres. Only 57,000 miles on engine, 2,000 miles ago had a new clutch assembley, new front lower suspension mounts, brake cooling ducting.
Interior stripped completley, 3 x aluminium door cards, 2 x cobra seats adjustable front to rear, 2 x sabelt 4 point harnesses installed. complete dash removed only speedo cluster remains and security code pad. Removed air con pump and radiator and all fixings.
Optional boot mounted spoiler with twin adjustable wings can be used, this aids the high speed cornering and ability to overtake sports cars even some super cars.
it doesnt look much but its dam quick. £ 1,250.00

Re: 3.0 v6 saloon
You should really put its age up when selling a car, as there's two V6 engines used in the 406stevecarter wrote:Reluctant release of this rapid 406 3000cc that i have owned for majority of its life. This sounds like a RIOT! I want a go

<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

Best to use photobucket.com to host pics then link them to here.
