Re: stuck power steering fluid filler cap
Try pouring a kettle of hot water over it to try and soften the solidified oil up? I'm not sure if it has a breather on it though

No breather. If it's hard to come off it might suggest a leak
Try unscrewing it with a hot engine? Note: don't try this trick with coolant!!!

If it hasn't been off for a while it's probably just stuck on the rubber seal. You could get a hair drier on the cap to free it off

Re: stuck power steering fluid filler cap
I had the same problem with my HDi
What i did was pour a kettle of HOT water over the cap AND THEN got a pair of Plumbers pipe grips over the cap and SLOWLY ease it off and hay presto one relesed cap
