Agreed, my Alfa GTV suspension got wrecked because the roads here aren't cut out for a low slung Italian coupe :(

Dunno how the felt spec boys manage it

One thing about motorways they are phenominally boring places to drive on, if im not in a rush i usually choose to drive the backroad, sure they are actually slower and less safe than on a motorway but at least your not bored. About that alfa gtv when did you own it?

At least on a motorway you can hammer on a bit if you were trying to get somewhere. If just pottering about, out for a drive, the backroads are great, the road between Glengormley and bypassing Templepatrick is a great alternative to the M2.

I had the GTV for about a year, sold it in February time. Needed too much work done for MOT and I'd already put a lot into it :(

The GTV was the coupe version of the Spider that could be thought of as a successor to the original Spider (though it was still in production when 916 GTV/Spider production started!).
Got it about 3 years after Graduation unfortunately :)
