2000 X GTX estate 110 hdi, spares or repair

I have been intending to fix this up myself, but a change in circumstances means this is no longer likely.
What it needs,
windscreen
rear track rods
tyres
intermittent abs fault, I believe its the ring on the driveshaft, front sensors were replaced
there may be other faults, but nothing serious that I'm aware of
Other bad points,
over 300,000 miles
one key, and the rubber buttons have gone, remote still works
bubbles on front edge of bonnet and a bit below the window on the door

always starts
doesn't use oil
60 mpg, I should have fuel receipts with mileage to confirm this
cruise control
old style stalks/electrics
it's a 406!

I need to sort something out before xmas, and I'd rather let someone strip it for parts than just send it to be crushed
although I think its worth saving.
Obviously it's not road legal, so it would need recovery.
I could probably store it for a little longer if needed.
Anyone interested?
