I downloaded a free program called gimphoto, its alot like photoshop, maybe not as straight forward. My signature is a photo of my boot badge with a cartoon style graphic alteration, just added the name in with a text box in the corner. I can make you one if you want pal, let me know what you want 8)

I did mine in photoshop, i made it the same height as the other ones, except a bit wider, got a picture of the front of the car, brought it in, then of the dash and brought it in, made the colour of the background the same as the paint. As for my name in the mfd it was just the text tool with a yellow/orange text the same as the digital text on the mfd, and i threw in HDI in the mileage bit. Saved it all as a JPEG, uploaded it to photobucket and put the IMG code in the signature.
If you want a signature made just provide a few pictures of what you want in it, describe what you want done i or someone else will have a go and upload it agian for you so you can use it.

Remember the insert text here one i had for a while - free to a good home.

Right i only blanked off the numberplate, couldnt find countrypugs font so used something else and here it is:

The sig might need to be a bit smaller in terms of height or else pages round here are going to take longer to scroll down.
Its your sig so make any suggestions for it, and ill see if i can do them, then when you want to use it just right click on the image, download it to your computer, upload it to photobucket and use the img code in your signature. Simples.

That font doesnt come in lower case, so i used another one for the lower case ary letters. Its also been cropped but it might need scaled down a bit, it quite big for a signature.

Heres it with the backround changed to match the paint, but it could be any colour or gradient you want:
