Yeah, for being free its excellent. My only criticism is that its not all that user friendly, took me a long time to work out where all the tools where and how to use them. Still only understand how to use 50% of the features

Its not bad for free, is it as good at photoshop at adding and changing features, such as putting the 159 face on an alfa mito as someone did rather well.
On the topic of alfa, an old well loved classic the Arna, anyone want to see the second edition. (i seen it on the internet once):
photobucket error
Alfa build quality combined with nissans design what a perfect combination.

I swear by Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 (the new version, X3, is supposedly even better, but I haven't upgraded yet).

PSP is a lot cheaper than Photoshop and gives you a huge amount of functionality; I do graphics work from time to time for the Wifely Person, who works in education, and for some web-based tools I work with at my own work.

I also used to create aircraft textures for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 and 2004 (I was part of ProjectAI, if anyone was into MS FS), and PSP helped me a hell of a lot. Basically, I used it to paint AI aircraft to look like real-world airlines (out of the box, MSFS only has fake airlines in it, just to add some traffic for you to watch out for).

I'm sure Photoshop has a few extra features over PSP, but by god it's a hell of a lot more expensive than PSP was. My copy of PSP was under £50 from Amazon, and that came with a whole bunch of other image editing applications and a 2GB USB pen drive to boot. Try a demo of PSP X3, take some time to get to know the application - it's really cool.

I use an ancient version of Paint Shop Pro for my photo editing needs.

Also - Does your MFD not come up with your forum username when you start the car Gary406?
