I will be fitting a Facet fuel pump about 1 foot from the fuel tank sender unit, I need a 12v ignition live, where is the nearest place to get this from?

"Understeer" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"Oversteer" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"Horsepower" is how fast you hit the fence.
"Torque" is how far you take the fence with you.

I'm running on Veg Oil, so instead of straining the injection pump I'll be fitting an inline fuel pump near the tank just help it.jamjar1383 wrote:stupid question but why???GeordieBoy wrote:I will be fitting a Facet fuel pump about 1 foot from the fuel tank sender unit, I need a 12v ignition live, where is the nearest place to get this from?
Rather pay £40 than replace an injection pump.

I doubt there would be one down there to be honest.GeordieBoy wrote:I'm running on Veg Oil, so instead of straining the injection pump I'll be fitting an inline fuel pump near the tank just help it.jamjar1383 wrote:stupid question but why???GeordieBoy wrote:I will be fitting a Facet fuel pump about 1 foot from the fuel tank sender unit, I need a 12v ignition live, where is the nearest place to get this from?

Your better off getting a relay, conencting it to the ingition live from the radio and giving it it's own feed from there

Suppose the pump will help with bleeding too! So can't be a bad thing
