WANTED - Wheel nuts for 406 Alloy wheels.

Post by icerew »

Hi, just got some standard 406 alloy wheels to replace my steels and found out the existing nuts aren't compatible.
Does anyone have this alternative type of nut available? or alternatively know what these nuts are called so I can search for them?
Cheers guys!

Excuse the pants image quality, I'm on my iPhone and can't upload to photobucket, and this was the only image of the alloys I found.

It's a shame they never did them in larger sizes as I think they're much nicer than the Corails.

you need flat washer type bolts, like in this advert

but you need normal bolts, these are locking wheel bolts but you can see what shape they are

I have a set of those somewhere in the shed. Bought them when I got the Corails, but when I got the Hoggars, they needed a different type that had a small taper at the top.
