Re: Project Besty... WARNING Contains Ford!
Ah right ill have a read here, but im more than satisfied with the JBL setup in my exec, its not BOOM BOOM loud but its good and clear. The best test i found for an audio system is nessum dorma its so loud bad speakers start to crackle like they did in my aunts 3 series but not in the Exec.

At some point, this topic may even meander back to Bailes and his Ford Focus!

Re: Project Besty... WARNING Contains Ford!
the titles of posts is not the most reliable thing on this website with all the meandering that happens on here, lets dig a channel back to the main subject before it ends up as an oxbow lake (ha geographical humour). Lets focus in on the subject; what about the lambada sensors?

Re: Project Besty... WARNING Contains Ford!
Well, this seems an opportune time & place to do a little Hocus-Pocus type enquiring.
My lad's Y-reg Focus has problems with both front lecky windows - from his utterly non-technical description, I gather the windows have some form of flexible drive, ("the wire's broke") and the glass then drops to the bottom of the slides. The other one is "sticky"
What I'm hoping some of you learned Ford fixers can tell me is whether this is likely to be a scrappy job, or a case of replacing something relatively cheap / available?
