British Drift Championship (BDC) - a stunning short film by Stephen Brooks
If ever you needed to see why the British Drift Championship is so popular, watch this stunning short film produced by Stephen Brooks, where he captures the scene, the mood and the excitement involved with the 2010 Championship. We felt this film was too good not to share with others!
You can view the film on the Modified Car Insurance page of our website. Believe us when we say it is one of the best short films you will see about drifting.

Nice 1 Ollie, dont think people will appreciate it on here tho. People on here are terrified of modified cars and RWD.
I've been on Driftworks for awhile now, and skid a bmw 328.

Re: British Drift Championship - a stunning short film
I dont mind RWD cars, dont like modified japanese cars, they lack the sublime elegance of a well designed european car, i know they have lots of power but none has the nice sound of an alfa v6. My only experience of driving a RWD car has been my big merc, and from what i can understand is the tail likes to go wide a lot, it sways a lot, you fight for control and hopefully it comes back in line. Ive also experienced RWD in my suzuki when it snapped out of 4wd and into RWD mode the whole thing spun 360 and it was as scary as F*ck, so much i actually did it again.

f*ck, that's the bollox
Gotta get myself to a drift round next year.
Mate has a skyline set up for drifting, and has helped create for a customer a nissan powered 2wd scooby (PR Developments)
Here is the car, but you need to start at the bottom and work up for some reason?

Re: British Drift Championship - a stunning short film
I quite enjoy the feeling of a car going sideways, its scary but enjoyable. So if i was to buy a diff car id buy something no one sees at these events, but i like and it looks the buisness:

A jaaag drifting, im sure its capable of it, its got all the ingredients here a big powerful torquey engine (with a proper v8 sound) and rear wheel drive. Only the jag has a carphone which sets it apart from the rest, even though the carphone is probably on the old analogue system and doesnt work anymore.
