It really is a terrible car, i like the word for word analysis of it. The question is why lower a 306 its regarded to have great handling, that screws up the handling and putting the springs for a saxo into a 306 is another way to do that, it would be like me putting 206 springs into my car, theres a reason every car has its own springs.

It's so you can definitely kill anyone you run over by squishing them firmly into the road using the bottom of your car. Bonus points if their clothing is snagged on to your exhaust and you drag their lifeless, bleeding corpse for several miles around town.

Or, because the owner is a nob. Whichever theory works best for you.

NOB explains it much better, or as my cousin says the only person to lower a 306 is a dickhead, he bought one and raised it back up from the lows of being a crummy wreck, the standardisation worked quite well on the old car.

It cant be good, why bother lowering it, the ka will always look like a jelly castle no matter how low it is it will never look sleek, and theres some cars mainly hatchbacks with high rooves that are still taller than my 406 after being lowered.
heres someone taking the piss with the valuation of their lowered car:
http://belfast.gumtree.com/belfast/89/70553989.html
how does one even get a jack in there to begin changing a tyre, and whats the steering lock on a car where the wheelarches surround the wheels, and why put eyebrows on a car it looks odd, also note on this fine example how the bumper doesnt quite meet up with the grille bodged accident repair alert.
But who said you had to spend more to get a better car:

it looks like a good honest car, might be a van but it looks like a good car, and another seemingly honest looking car:

and finally, dear santa i have been good so please give me the bag of coal instead of this:

It must have been a bargain, looks like it's gone :?

And the Croats continue having fun on the snow, and yesterday on the news there was yet another drunken moron driving the wrong way on motorway. Twice. Seems the cops stopped him the first time & took his license away, then he did it again later and put himself in hospital  Pics and vid here http://dnevnik.hr/vijesti/crna-kronika/ ... cesti.html

On with the giggles:

Mercedes CLS 500 2006 crashed for sale 8,500€

I don't know about you but I reckon it's a bargain. Just a bit of a polish...

That mercedes would cost a ginormous amount to put right, the roofs completley bolloxed, the hole thing looks bent. Heres a cheap car:

or you can move up in the world:

Wow! There's some real bargains there (budget for a new engine on the Merc though). Like the "drive away" insurance on the Alfa with the immobilizer issues, surely that's meant to be "push away" insurance :cheesy:

Oooh, I wouldn't worry about buying a car with no keys. Much.

Alfa with immobilizer issues, thats italian for electronic catastrophie. But when you specify alfa romeo, and under 1000 you cant expect a fine running car:

There's something wrong with that sentence, I'm sure that 1,000 doesn't need to be there...

Something strange about that third one too :?

ah right the third one is a mighty renault 106-54 like what we own just that one is in terrible condition, its not a bargain £10k for that many hours, and look at the state of the tyres, a set for a tractor costs at least £1k for the back.
