Sure it's the seat?

My LX's seatbelt socket (the bit the belt clicks into) squeaks like nobody's business... Try squirting some WD-40 into it

if they are leather get a bit of that leather moisturieser onto them and that softens them up good. Also the wires under the seat may not be clipped in, and as highlander said the seatbelt, elimate the seatbelt as the source of the rattle by drivng with it plugged in.

i also hate them, check all the wires under the seat, if they arent clipped into the holders sort that out, and failing take the seat out and investigate further.

The seats come off pretty easily.
The wires are connected to the bottom with convenient connectors.
The seats themselves are held on by 4 torx bolts.
Disconnect wiring, un screw the back bolts, then slide the seat back and unscrew front bolts.
Job done

Make sure when you refit the seats that you bolt the front 2 bolts in before the rear. The front holes in the seats are the exact size of the bolts, but the rears are in more of a sausage shape.

When I changed mine I tightened the rear bolts first then spent 10mins shouting obscenities at the car before I found out why the front holes wouldn't meet!
