The whole ROM chip on the MFD unit would need to be completely replaced with a new unit containing the replacement graphic (i.e. this would be a tremendous pain in the ass to do, and would require a compatible EPROM unit, EPROM-flashing hardware and software, and the computerist would need to have the necessary skills to copy in a complete ROM unit, locate and interpret the graphic file, and change it to the Pug logo. Also, the computerist would need to be skilled enough to remove the original ROM from the MFD and replace it with the EPROM.

Really, don't go there

If you had the right tools and the right know-how, you could potentially copy the content of the ROM chip, modify the image, and burn it on to an EPROM.

It's just not worth doing, given that if you do it wrong, you WILL screw your car's MFD unit (or possibly even the BSI).
