Re: d9 fuse box and earth connections
There are two fuse boxes.
One is below the steering wheel (this is the cabin fusebox), and is hidden behind a panel secured by three quarter-turn screws (you just need a coin to turn them though).
The second fuse box (the engine bay fusebox) is on the right-hand side of the lump, next to the airbox/airbox resonator and the battery box.
No idea about earth connections though

It's a really fun engine, and tied in with the more rigid chassis of the Coupe, the lowered body, and the closer-to-the-road driving position, it feels like a really sporty car.
Oh yeah, I was going to ask about the resonator on the airbox - how the hell did you get that off on yours?

mine was just help on with clips which you open and the resonator falls off. might be easier to see if you take the air box off with it so you can see better.

Re: d9 fuse box and earth connections
on my D8 the MAIN earth point is UNDER the battery
take the battery out and take the battery housing out, its worth a shot
i would think they did both the D8 and D9 in the same place
if you look at the neg wire on the battery and follow it you will find it, i rekan its under the battery

Re: d9 fuse box and earth connections
I'm using the schematics in Dogslife's link here to look for the earths but I can't find anything useful (you want bolognaise with that?). However, it seems to me the BSI, and subsequently the cabin fuse panel are both fed off the main fuses (or whatever they are - MF?) on the side of the engine fuse panel. So if there's any problems with that one, it'll have a lot of repercussions throughout the rest of the car. Just a thought.
