LOOK how crap this sky broadband is i am paying for upto 20meg , very rarely go over 5 so wtf is upto 20 all about,

i kept wondering why my net pages were loading up a bit slow, my pc is quick so i know it isnt that,

now i know what it is

Sky as Always been a bit shite for broadband,
Personaly Ithink virgin media is the Best for fast service, And it as its own line so thats a bonus,
Ithink what Makes sky slow is because There Piggy Backing off someone Elses line,
BT Open reach is Ten times Faster than Sky And they both come thrugh the Same line, so Maybe Bt put Restrictions on how much the - Hirer fires thru there lines

ye virgin media is for sure the best in the UK ,
but virgin media have such sh*t customer services (from my experience)

Depends on the quality of your line, could also be your Router bringing it down.
Do a line check on a BT website, it will say what the optimum line can take.

Ring Sky And call there Bluff,
Heres How,

1st thing you ask for is AMigration code,
when they ask why just say because Your service is poor and im not Getting the service what im paying for and its not fit for purpose,
They will then say Please can you leave it with us so we can try and Resolve this,

In most cases you will find they will boost your internet speed, they dont like loosing there customers to other providers,
Ive even done this with Virgin media and they gave Me 2mths free internet and Tv package as there Way of compensation

thats with bt, im over in Northern Ireland so i think the server is in scotland. The speed isnt too bad at the moment but obviously compared to your broadband its slower, and i think im paying for more than this. im looking forward to bt infinity if they could put it in.
